I just assumed this was a direct to bargain bin release, but it's a great game. The gameplay is fairly novel and works well, though as others have noted, by the end of the game it gets a bit tiresome and the actual mechanics leave a lot of room for interesting improvements and choices that could have been but weren't included. I assume the developers were working with limited resources that instead went towards the generally well done level design and excellent audio and effects/models. The story is interesting and holds your attention, along with the great voice-acting by the original actors, though I think more dialog and cutscenes could have added a lot to creating a more cinematic feel, which is rare since these things usually take away from most games. Glad I found this gem!
