Beautiful scroller. They could have gone a bit further with character development, but sill- a 5. Lots of fun. Trine 2 anytime soon?

Great game, beautiful graphics and background, really pulls you into the game was unable to put it down. Beat in 2 sittings because i wanted to keep going lol def worth trying

I am unsure why I cant rate it higher but we spenta lot of time on this prerating wipe. Good game.

Trine is a beautifully created sidescroller that is as much fun to play as it looks. The levels are a good mix of combat and puzzle solving. You can control 1 of 3 people that each have unique stregths and weaknessses. Knight, Wizard and Rogue combine their abilities to make it through each hazard. Should you block the attack with your sheild, or maybe jump back while placing a flaming arrow in them, or better yet quickly conjour up a box and let it fall on thier head crushing them. The sound track is wonderful and sets the mood just right. The graphics are some of the best ever for a sidescoller, though it is all rendered in full 3d. It was fun to play, and fun to replay with friends (they can jump in and play coop through the levels also on same PC).
