4109 driver reset obsolete, rolled into latest player update
5/19/09 edit: This fix has been rolled into the latest GameTap player update. The driver fix executable has been removed and should no longer be used in the case of a 4109 error. If you are still receiving a 4109 error, it is likely that one of your system or one of its processes is preventing GameTap from mounting the necessary X: and Y: drives for PC Windows titles. Please submit a support ticket or start a new thread in the Community Technical Support forum. The original post, below, is obsolete. If you are receiving error #4109, the message that you must un-map X: and Y: drive. Please carefully follow these instruction, and you should be able to launch Windows games.
