 Re: Bug report and Suggestions
For your reported issues:
1. I'll let the boys know. I know that there's some controller support, but I'm not sure which ones specifically are covered.
2. These happen. They're very hard to ferret out. Because we don't reuse maps, I'd recommend avoiding those places. (I've only found two in all of the episodes I've played.)
3. This actually sounds like a memory problem. I had a similar issue myself until I finally upgraded my video cards. I find it's been resolved by only playing +Grimm+ and not running any other graphics-intensive programs simultaneously. (I'll double-check with the boys to see if there are any other elements to this problem.)
4. I haven't experienced this. Can you be more specific, please?
5. I'll definitely have them look into this. Perhaps it's a language conflict?
For your suggestions:
1. We haven't included hand weapons or anything like that because it requires something of a different "philosophy" than the game play calls for. Butt-stomping on converted characters takes a little practice, but I know I've gone through at least one level making sure that I liquefy all of them, just for fun. Keep trying!
2. If we counted terrain as we count objects, you'd never get a gold star. It's just the nature of the maps - they have to be bigger than the navigable area in order to look right.
3. That's part of the mystery, though, isn't it?
4. I think we've given some pretty clear options for users who maybe aren't as familiar with the terms as you are. Play around with them and see how they work for you.
5. We wouldn't want to completely deprive anyone of all "special effects", even for the sake of performance. Besides, sometimes it's more fun to just "click and find out". (A fancy way of saying, "We didn't want to take up too much room explaining things to death.)
6. We can definitely look into this, but probably not before the next season.
7. Manual saves are generally considered a "must have" option for games that run longer than two hours. +Grimm+ can be as short as fifteen minutes (as some have shown) or as long as you like. If you happen to die at certain points, though, it doesn't necessarily put you back at the beginning of the level, and you won't lose your "gross points".
8. The theme music is actually different for each episode, as you'll come to find out. I think you'll really enjoy them as a body of work.
9. I'll pass this one along, certainly.
10. We haven't! Have patience, Grasshopper.
Thanks for the feedback!

 Re: Bug report and Suggestions
Hi Lilith! I am glad you are responding to everyone! Thank you! I want to first say how much I love the game and tell American and all the ones who worked on it well done! It's awesome and I can't wait to play more!
Please thank them for not making Grimm have to go back to the beginning during a platforming area or loosing points! This is a most frustrating thing for me since I hate platformer games!! I am horrid at them but there is enough variety where its no big deal with this game! It's is also kinda fun in a bad way to see and hear what Grimm says when he dies!! LOL I find there is alot of things to explore in this game! I also am enjoying learning the fairy tales I don't know!
Let them know this game is just awesome! I played my first time for about 50 min..now I am going to go back and go over every nook and crany to find all the coins. It would be neat to have more collectibles...are there more later on?
Thanks again!
