Can I still download a game while I am playing an already completed download?

Yes, you can download a game and play a game at the same time. Currently we require that you have the game download going first, then you can start a game. We don't allow you to start a game, then start a new download.

I know it seems a bit arbitrary, but that's the way the player is currently designed. We have never found that to be extremely restrictive once you understand how it works.
