Hey guys,

If you placed an order, and you get an automated email saying that your purchase was cancelled for fraud, don't worry we are not necessarily naming you as fraudulent.

This is a non personal automated response to some high profile game purchases, which for some reason or another has been blocked from you.

If you see the money has been taken from your account even though the order has been cancelled, this is not true. The money would have been held at the moment of purchase and will return to normal after a small delay depending on who you bank with.

In order to clear you for future purchases you will need to send the support team the required personal information listed on the email so that we can then white-list you.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience but due to the recent phenomenon of fraudulent users, it has become necessary to place these security measures in place.

Hi.
Got my order cancelled.

I send an mail with the information you wanted to subscription-no-reply@gametap.com as stated in the email i've got from you automaticly.

The response (oh wonder): "Messages to this mailbox will not receive a response from the GameTap staff."

So i send the information you wanted to customer-support@gametap.com

Your Support system doesn't work for me cause it "Failed to create new customer record"
Are there any other ways to contact you? Can i send you the infos via Private Message?
Hope this doesn't take another couple of hours to get a response :)

First of all do not reply to the no-reply email, as strangely enough you will not get a reply :)

customer-support@gametap.com Is the one you want. The message you sent through to support was successful, but you didn't submit the information required. This is key in these cases, with that info we can then White-list you straight away.

I got a `Payment refused` error for trying to buy Guild wars 2 with paypal.
What's exactly the information required to white-list me?

To white list your account please provide support with the following information:

- Your name and surname
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Indication of the country in which your account was created and/or your credit card was issued.

Hello, three days ago I bought Guild Wars 2 with credit card but I received a e-mail about payment cancelled. I’ve send the information required to customer-support@gametap.com, but their reply didnt answer my question. I want to know why my order is invalid and how can I get the money back? Is there a way to check my order is valid or not?

The refund was initiated less than a day after the purchase. It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to go through. Please also check that the money has even left your account as sometimes the money is just held and not taken.

hello good sir,

i recently bought a game, downloaded and everything but it didnt give me a code for the game. I've send customer care emails and nothing. i send the do not reply email the info it was telling me to give and still nothing. when i bought the game it said "your verification key will be send in a 2nd email." and i never got it. i was hoping this message will get you to help me because ive been waiting a day already for the code. please respond :(

It was cancelled, we have since issue you with a false positive. You are free to purchase again.

Hi I bought the TDU Complete pack 2 days ago with a new account. I failed the anti-fraudulent process and I emailed to the necessary support email. In reply I got something in French?

"Cette notification d'état de remise est générée automatiquement.

Échec de la remise aux destinataires suivants."

I think it roughly translates to fail to send message.

I just want to purchase the game, and play it! So difficult.

Hi, Your order was indeed cancelled and refunded, I have seen the info you supplied and just whitelisted your account which should make it a lot easier to make the purchase again

I have yet to receive the second email with my guild wars 2 key.

If you don't have keys then refund my money so I can buy from a company that isn't borderline stealing.
