I sent the following e-mail this morning. Imagine my disappointment when it was returned as undeliverable. I am extremely frustrated. How can I speak with a person?
Good Morning, I would like to begin by saying that I truly enjoy your site and I appreciate the service that you provide. However, I find your methods for providing support to be extremely frustrating. I am having issues launching several of your games even though I have verified all system requirements and utilized the troubleshooting techniques that you have provided on your site. I tried sending a request for a support ticket several times without success. I finally was able to send one Sunday and I am assuming that my question will be answered today. I called the number that is provided on the site for follow up and found that it did little more than direct me back to the website. With all of the technology available, this seems woefully inadequate. Is there no way to set up a chat session with a technician or use the feature allowing remote access to a customer's computer? At the very least, customers would find the option to speak to a person much more satisfying than what is currently offered. Please consider these suggestions as an opportunity to increase your customer satisfaction.
