Post Customer Service
How do i contact their customer service.

How the hell are they going to list my next "payment set" as 2/13, then take payment on 2/6, causing me to overdraft and get charged for 70 bucks of nsf charges for 2 small ebay purchases because they took their payment early and messed up my budget. wtf.

So how do i contact their customer service...besides email. I'd rather talk to someone on the phone if they have phones....thanks

The phone number is 1-866-GAMETAP (426-3827). I don't know what their hours are though. I've heard it's automated and you're asked to leave a voicemail. By past experience my payment comes out 3 to 4 days before the listed next payment date, and it has always been like this that I can remember. I just go by the last payment date.

I'm not sure how Gametap would handle this, but calling by phone sounds like it's the better option in this case. Good luck to you in any case. I haven't seen an admin respond to the posts very often lately, it's not a good sign.

You still have over-draft protection. Man that is such a scam. You do know ,by law, you can opt out of that now right? I burned several banks when they tried to charge outrageous me ODP charges before congress stepped in. Paying 35$ for a 99 cent candy bar is not a "conveinience"! :x

Yeah, i thought i had opted out of overdraft, but appearently not. I have now, and my subscription here is being canceled. I cant even reach these people for them to attempt to resolve it on their end, so had to involve my bank. Oh well, live and learn
