Error 1100? Are you sure? That's not a GameTap error code. Is there any other information given?

Are you getting the error after you download when you try to start? Or during the download?

I'm having the same issue. It hasn't asked me to download it, it just says "Play," as if it were a browser game or I already had it downloaded (which I don't). When I push play, I get error 1100.

I'm still getting the "Play" button rather than the "Download" button, but now instead of getting error 1100 when I push it, I'm being redirected to http://www.gametap.com/offers-downgrade.html .

Ok, so here's the deal. There is a very odd error that's going to take some work to fix. In the meantime, I've reverted the game back to the old system, so it's 32-bit again for the time being. I'll try to get this fixed by tomorrow.

Is there any update on this yet?

Afraid not. This has proven to be a more convoluted problem than expected. I'll let people know when I have more information.

Ok, I think we now have everything sorted out. Titan Quest should be 64-bit enabled and good to go. There may be a bit of weirdness over the next hour or so as the cache clears, but let me know if you see any errors after that.

OK, so I downloaded Titan Quest. It got to 97% and hung there for at least 20 minutes with no increase in the amount it downloaded. I closed down Firefox and then ended the gametap player process. I then went into gametap again and titan quest did not appear in the download queue.

I rebooted my lapotp and titan quest was still not in the download queue. I then searched for the game and went to the site figuring I just had to re-download it. When I got there instead of the download button, it had the play button. When I clicked on Play it brought me to the section that says I have the Premium Pack Subscription.

Please help!! My wife and kids are not home tonight and it would be great to play this wonderful game with no distractions.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Okay, the game downloaded for me just fine, but when i try to choose a menu option, it tells me that my cd key is invalid. Not sure what to make of this one.

Running xp 64 pro with IE.

I'm getting the same thing. "Invalid CD Key"

XP Pro 32 Bit Firefox & IE

Update: Now whenever I try to launch the game it takes me to the following link.

http://www.gametap.com/offers-downgrade.html

No error message, no game launch. Just *poof* over to that link.

When I had a partial download a window popped up asking me for a CD key I didn't have yet. It said it was needed for gamespy online access but I wouldn't need it for single player. I hit cancel and let the download finish since I had no key. I launched the game but also got "invalid cd key" when I tried to select any menu options. Trying to launch a second game brought me to:

http://www.gametap.com/offers-downgrade.html

Launching a third time gave me the same error as the first time.

64 bit Vista Home Premium with IE.

I'm having similar problems. When I first started downloading the game, it didn't appear in my download queue. Looking at the Gametap folder, though, the game somehow fully downloaded. The only way for me to launch it is through its own page, but any action I take on the main menu only results in it telling me my CD Key is invalid. Obviously I can't get a CD key without the game showing up on the "My Games" tab, but I was never given the choice to enter a CD key in the first place.

I'm on Vista 64bit.

Update: Okay, now it shows up in my game list... sometimes, but clicking play takes me immediately to the offers page.

Apologies on the CD key issue, it is now fixed and you should be able to get your key.
