 error: 4109 - unmap drives X: and/or Y:

Post error: 4109 - unmap drives X: and/or Y:
i finally installed the plug-in, downloaded a game. but when i went to play it said the "disk needs to be in the drive" the first couple times i tried and now its sayin i need to unmap my x and/or y drive. so i went to My Computer and I dont see drives x or y. i cant find them anywhere. i know how to get to mapping drives to files but i need to UNmap the drives.

Look at the top of the tech support forum and you will see instructions for posting logs to support. If you will post your logs after you have the problem, I will be glad to take a look at what's going on.

That happened to me.....1st make sure your printer is on off.

What worked for me, I just turned off the computer and turn it on again (not just log off)
and then I didn't get that message anymore.
