 Firefox Question
Sometimes when I click on a tab in Firefox, it opens the tab up in a new window, which is fairly annoying.
Anybody know why this happens and if there's a way to turn it off or reverse it?

 Re: Firefox Question
My Firefox doesn't do that. I messed around in the options to try and get it to do that, but no matter what i do clicking on tabs always just opens the tab in the same window. I think your Firefox is not working properly. I would consider uninstalling and then reinstalling. Other than that, I don't know what to say.

 Re: Firefox Question
If you drag a tab downwards it will open it in a new window. Maybe your problem is related to that. When you click on the tab you might be holding the mouse button down just long enough to drag it.

 Re: Firefox Question
Ah, that seems possible. Still rather annoying, though

My Firefox won't save cookies. It just started happening and I can't fix it.

I did a quick Google search for you. This seems to be fixing that problem for other people. Give it a try. Unless you've already given it a try, that is. Doing it again would just be redundant. 1. Close all Firefox applications 2. Go to Start > Run and type %APPDATA% 3. Go to Mozilla > Firefox > Profiles and click the folder in there 4. Find the file labeled cookies.sqlite 5. Rename to cookies.sqlite.old

This worked. Thank you very much! Believe it or not, I did google this issue and it led me to the Mozilla knowledge base. I followed the instructions on there, and it didn't solve my issue, but this did. I am a big fan of searching and trying to fix things myself, so I'm annoyed that I didn't find this also. But a big thanks to you for finding it and sharing.

 Re: Firefox Question
I didn't mean to imply that you didn't do a search. Ive found its something you get better at with experience. Ive tried to solve many many problems over the years. When i do a search like that I usually specifically target forum threads. They tend to give real solutions, unlike most official sources.
