I am led to believe that the games sold by gametap are able to play multiplayer online. Well, COD5 does not and gametap tells me that they won't refund my money for the game that doesn't work. Purchased the game to play zombie maps with family and the game took 12 hrs to get keycode. Then the game won't play coop. The game is a different version number than the CD game. No help fixing this!!!! I asked for a refund and I was told no refund since I used the key. Well how the heck would I have found out that the game didn't work if I didn't use the key? Seems very suspicious that gametap nows the game isn't working and won't refund money. I am going to wait for 1 more email from gametap and then I am going to do a charge back if they don't fix it or refund my money. Seems like a SCAM, buy our game and if it doesn't work TO BAD. Nice customer care gametap.

I am having an issue with instaling rometotal war gold it says the files are currupted at a certain time during the download, should I re download manualy because I used your ''fast'' downloader and when it was done downloading I clicked instal and it read ''error at 47:30'' or something like that so now im re downloading it manually and if that doesnt work its a shame I can't get a refund

Yes, download it manually.
