Keeps 'installing the plugin' and reload browser, install plugin... reload browser and repeats

have tried in firefox and internet explorer, turning off uac, enabling active x, security at minimum. running in administrator, deleting and reinstalling the plugin, rebooting, manually installing the gametap player, changing the directories where the files install to.

Very frustrating, waste of money

UPDATE: after a complete format/reinstall/win7/not upgrading Iexplorer, gametap runs, however still doesn't in mozilla

#2, M&M2 game tap version has no playing music in the game outside title. so was a waste of time/money anyway.

I'm having the same issue

All i'm trying to do is just use gametap and i'm having same problem. Gametap has been nothing but an issue since abandoning the APPLICATION version and using this for lack of a better word CRAP site-based program. CAN ANY ONE FIX THIS PROBLEM?!!!

seems an issue that is not being fixed
im gona request a refund and just stay away from this site to much hassle
really miss the old school one
