Post Gametap NEEDS a new support system
First off I'd like to say I've used gametap off and on for years. I even worked for the company back when they accautly paid for good tech support. Now I'm having issues with multiple games that I've downloaded and cant play so I put in a ticket had to use a DIFFERENT email for some reason couldnt use my own. Well days passed no response, so i put in a new ticket AGAIN with a DIFFERENT email. Finally someone responded and kept sending the same automated response time and time again. Asking for a screenshot. I uploaded the SN of my system specs to him TWICE and kept asking if he was still there and they have no responded since. My system more then well works fine with any game gametap throws at me. Its got something to do with the client however since theyve changed things over the years I have no idea how any of it works anymore. See when I launch games like Brothers in arms: Hells highway i get 1 error then a screen that shows a bunch of files that are missing and then another error screen. Same goes with Frontlines: Fuel of war. Ill launch it and get a error. Then games like Kane and Lynch ill click play my cpu with do something for a few seconds then nothing happens. You can contunie to do click play over and over yet itll do nothing. Ive had this happen with a few other games. Now I have been with gametap for a long time and never had any complaints. But getting NO tech support and the fact they can just ignore my emails is really crappy. I just want to be able to get ahold of SOMEONE that can give me then and there tech support. Not support that took 3 hours to find out that hes just gonna ignore the rest of my emails. Id like to resolve the problem within a hour not a week. If there are any employee's looking at this post which im sure there will be I am getting extremely irritated with your services and if I EVER find a phone number I am going to have a field day.

No it isn't, hes one of 10000s that have problems with this hole of a system.

The #1 most used board on the whole forum is "Help and Support" that in itself shows you what a failure the support at this craphole is.
