 Help Please Hi all
I just recently signed up for unlimited play (I'm completely new to GameTap) and was rearing to start down loading some games...however, every time I try download a game (which I'm doing through Chrome) it takes me to a page telling me I need to download GameTap Player. This would be fine except that I have installed it several times!!??
If anyone has a suggestion it would be much appreciated.

Re: Help Please My suggestion would be to use IE. I use chrome for everything else, but I have never been able to get Gametap to work under it, so I keep IE around just for that reason.
Edit: Silly me I just remembered the graphic that is located on the bottom of literally every single GT page that says IE and Firefox are recommended. So there's the easy answer, Chrome isn't supported.

Re: Help Please Hey Ishmael Thanks alot. its now downloading which never happened before so that's it. I used IE which takes much longer to load pages than it does with Chrome, but whatever its working  Cheers
