Dear Gametap,

I spent over 1 subscription month due to the change in your system trying to ride out error message after error message. I'd lost out on an entire month I'd subscribed to your premium service pre change in your system, needless to say once my issue was resolved I could no longer get the benefit of my premium games because I couldn't afford beyond that month I subscribed. It took over a month and I payed for a month I could not use. I feel you guys should do SOMETHING about this inconvenience. I've been a loyal member, for quite some time, and before y'all changed your system, I'd never had a problem. I'm sure your other members had experienced similar problems. So if you could please credit this account.
