Graphics Adventure games were so awesome but now they have disappeared almost completely.

^ Not really. A good amount of new adventures get released every year, but most people don't seem to notice. I've always wondered how these companies can afford to keep producing new adventure games year after year, but I guess there is a market or else they wouldn't still be making them. I'm happy the genre is still alive (though it is not respected much).

Yea, adventure games are far from gone. I don't see very many of them in video game stores, but places like Walmart, Target, and Best buy have whole bunch of them.

It seems like the casual game market and the adventure game market are mixing together. Being a pretty big hidden object fan, I've played a few hidden object games with a good dose of some standard adventure elements.

I just read somewhere that Syberia 3 is slated to come out sometime this year. Hopefully this isn't a fluke. I'm playing thru the first one right now, and it is really great. Although I heard the second one isn't as good, I'm still curious to see where the story goes.
