I have tried to cancel my account through normal channels and gotten BS or no answer. Please cancel my account effective IMMEDIATELY and do not rebill.

Hello, I specifically asked that I not be rebilled...I made a request to cancel my account on November 16th (Rebill was due the 20th). When I got no reply I entered my request through the forums. If you attempt to bill my account I will instruct my bank to block payment. Please reverse any pending charges immediately. Cyber0

Hi, As requested we have cancelled and refunded your last payment. As a cancellation request was made 11/11/11 and you were billed 10 days later. We are sorry for the mix up, I hope that this resolves the issue.
