Is that so? I sent my request via support ticket in December and today I find that you charged my credit card again. Please refund $9.95 as soon as possible or I will have to initiate a chargeback.

I've been emailing support for 3 months now and every month I get charged for the next billing month! WTF? Does no one answer these emails? I want my account canceled and the last 3 months refunded! Order Number: 1594673 Sub Number: 1472894 Please cancel. I have had NO luck emailing those links you posted. I am pretty sure I'm just emailing an abandoned email account because I haven't gotten so much as a reply.
