So long as you have a full account it doesn't matter whether or not you use the service. You still get billed for it. Sort of like an MMO that's pay to play. They give you a month of service, but not a month of playtime.

One day it works then the next day it doesn't. It's too bad because I'm more than willing to pay for what I get, but I'm not going to be taken, either. Whenever I try to play a game I encounter any number of problems: game won't launch; need to reinstall the gameplayer; game won't download or downloaded games disappear. This is way too much of a headache and I don't have the time or inclination to troubleshoot and make the program work. My intentions were to create some mindless playtime to unwind, instead I get unwarranted frustration. I have a new Pentium i3 processor laptop loaded with Windows 7, 4 gigs of memory ram and a 500 gig hard drive that runs McAfee. If this doesn't do it than nothing will. Please confirm receipt of my cancellation request.

If you are unable to cancel my account due to me not having the confirmation number I will contact my bank to have any payments to your service blocked and will be canceling that card. I am almost %100 positive that I canceled my auto-renewal but I just noticed I have been billed for another year of service that I do not want.

I started doing a trial in january and canceled way before my trial was up and it even says on my account page cancel subsciption and so far the card I used has been charged twice once for january and the other for febuary. will I be reimbursed my email is ad_stone1313@hotmail.com PLEASE HELP
