Just got this game yesterday pretty fun very colorful graphics kinda slow in single player mode. anybody playing it? anybody wanna play multiplayer? let me know

I'm not but I'm starting the PC game up tonight. BTW I hear multiplayer is the only way to go with Borderlands.

it depends how fast you want to level up and stuff. If your not a certain level some missions are just impossible too do so you end up just roaming around killing things until your at a high enough level. id definetly play it multiplayer

i would have got it for pc but i just dont have the memory for anymore games other than what i got on gametap

Borderlands has interested me since the first announcement. That was back when the game didn't look like a cartoon. It was also planned to have quite a lot of randomly generated areas. I hear they did away with all that. Im still quite interested in the game though. Open world games rock. Even when they suck, they're still awesome.

So far it's pretty cool, though it definitely feels like the controls and interface were design for consoles first, I may end up picking it up for 360 after all.

I've been playing it on pc as well, but I agree it feels like a console game. Been playing it with the wife over lan, but haven't been able to get it going over gamespy even after going thru the port forwarding and firewall stuff.

Anyway, if anyone wants to give it a go over hamachi (never used it, but i'd be willing to set it up) shoot me a pm or something. I have a few characters spread over the level range.

I have a level 32 soldier but I am playing on PS3. Anyone else grab it for the PS3? I am really enjoying the game so far, other than being respawned on top of the same guys that killed me 3 times in Old Haven and having to exit the game to get out of the cycle.

Arawn I can help with hamachi. Install it then go to your network connections and click advanced (if it doesnt show in vista or windows 7 press alt) click advanced settings. In adapter and bindings select hamachi and click the up arrow untill hamachi at top.

Now in network connections right click hamachi properties select tcp/ip 4 and click properties then advanced uncheck automatic metric and change to 1.

After that restart pc or in network connections right click and disable hamachi then enable again (so the metric 1 changes).

This is so game see hamachi before your ethernet connection.

id play with you but i have it for 360 tho ive been having trouble connecting to xbox live right now anywayz
