 It's like someone just said one day "Let's see how offensive I can be" Grimm's episodic is a fairly entertaining little series on Gametap but I feel like instead of being Grimm the episodes intentionally try to offend or shock in pointless or meaningless ways and the stories are all fairly shallow and not so well told or played off of given the depth of a typical "Grimm's Fairytale".
I'm mostly playing because the artwork amuses me and the episodes are short but yea...go crazy commenting.

Re: It's like someone just said one day "Let's see how offensive I can be" I found the storytelling crude but articulate, and I like the grimm theaters better than the game itself. Now and again, it seems to try too hard (Calling red riding hood a 'S', for example).

I am not very familiar with most of them due to my being brought up in private Christian schools...fairy tales were not on the agenda there! lol!
Yes Grimm can be shallow and crude, but I truly do find the games fun and actually love the artwork and find the cute and cuddly animals very charming! I think American did a wonderful job!
I can see people getting offended...they did with Alice too!

Re: It's like someone just said one day "Let's see how offensive I can be" Even the most mundane Playstation games had random offensiveness thrown in. And then there were those that where the main theme was "offensive" and it was wrapped in a game - Duke Nukem, Rogue Trip, PO'd, etc.
How is Grimm offensive? You urinate and butt-stomp stuff? Havn't we been butt-stomping since Mario Bros? Or at least Yoshi's Island.
And urination? Ever play Postal? That was offensive.

Re: It's like someone just said one day "Let's see how offensive I can be" My complaint is not that the games are offensive, but that the there isn't much in the way of actual gameplay. You run around and the ground changes under you. You butt-stomp stuff to change it. You pee and do the odd jumping puzzle. You find a few "secret" coins. That's pretty much it.
I'd like to see Grimm actually DO something.
I'd give it a 10 for style and 3 for gameplay...
