And so far I'm completely amazing at how fun it is. It's amazingly simple in concept, but takes that and completely runs away with it. I've not seen a game in a long time where simply running and jumping does so much. So in short at the moment I'm compltely amazing and loving every minute of it.

Hmmm, perhaps we should keep this all in the "Official 'A boy learns what fear is' thread. Otherwise we'll have a ton of threads over the next few weeks.

Seriously though, I though the concept was fun. I'm am willing to ride out the "simpleness" so many people are complainign about if only because it's like the "trainer" level of any other longer game.

Eh, I'm more worried about talking about how cool the game is rather than how many threads we have about it. Turner has the money for a couple more mb of forum space.

And as far as the simplicity, I don't see it getting any more complex in the later editions other than maybe some more complex jumps, or a series of butt stomp combos. The games foundation has been laid, and it's solid. Basicly I think people shouldn't be so picky and enjoy some things for what they are.

Future episodes will actually involve some interesting variations on the game play. No, not fighting or picking things up (outside of the butt-stomp on a converted cleaner... you have tried that, haven't you?), but variations.

The chances of this getting boring or formulaic are very, very low.
