
No Activation Keys? Order Cancelled?
The email when your order gets cancelled for "possible fraud" is the no reply email address. Finally found on the forum to send to
customer.support@gametap.com Still not getting my keys for my games.
I want to make it clear that the three games I ordered are older and easily downloaded illegally off the internet. I chose to pay for these games, and this is the service I get. So far I have not gotten one non-automated message from gametap.
For a company that has no telephone customer service, I would expect the email customer service to be quick response.
I have to say I am so far unimpressed. I really hope someone responds soon. I have a LAN party in less than 4 hours.
