There isn't one. The only way to reach customer service is through the support section of the website. I know, it completely sucks.

I have seen that GameTap says they have offices in the US, however without a location of where those offices are I'm not sure how to get a phone number here in the US. But this is a start .

I just join gametap i have premium package but i can't download any games ,,,, please help me!

Right guys it's very simple why we only have email service, (and by the way don't call these numbers above if you just have a customer support question ok, because it's not their job to deal with it)

1. We often need to receive screen-shots to of error messages, problems on screen etc.
2. We need to see what hardware your running so we get you to send the DxDiag of your PC
3. We send you corrupt file finding tools digitally through email.
4. We can re send you your game download links and activation keys securely.
5. We are based in Paris, France. Phone calls from the US would be way to costly for you guys and us.

As you can see all of the above would be completely impossible over the phone.
