I mean, look, I don't keep anything on my C drive, ok? It's mainly just for Windows and any incidental files that need to be placed in my Documents and Settings folder. I don't have the kind of space needed to store games there. I have a separate, larger partition for that.

It's like, it's bad enough that I had to edit my registry just to get Gametap to store stuff there, and it's bad enough that the instructions on how to do so are vague and inaccurate, and that the process itself takes trial and error ... it's bad enough that Gametap games are scattered across my storage partition as a result ...

But please, PLEASE, don't make me do it every time Gametap updates.

Ditto. I have a PC that is all recycled hardware that would be perfect as a knock-around kids PC for some of the older GameTap titles. It's cobbled together and it has two hard drives, the C drive being just big enough for the OS and not much else. Unfortunately I'm unable to use it because of the way GameTap handles the storage location.
