how about fallout 2 or just a few more RPGs FPSs please

I'd like to see Lego Racer free. It's my favorite game of all time, so I want as many people to play it as possible.... do it for the kids, Gametap.

As we all know all tomb raider games are on their gold status except for tomb raider legend i think....

tomb raider (legend?) is on its free/child with cheap parents status and i thinks its free because it is the gme that takes a mother load of time to download (ftw Ive got windows vista with idk something thats up to date)

Not true. Fallout is our most popular free game now (by a significant margin) and we're hoping that if people like it, they pay us money to play Fallout 2 so that we can then take that money and feed our families.

I confess, I stopped playing fallout 1 when Fallout 3 came out. I prefer the {suedo-turn based to real turn based. Sorry NMA people. I just hated running out of Action points and having to wait for everything around me to move!

I also say that Beyond Good and Evil would make a great free pick. It's one of those games alongside Psychonauts that didn't get its deserved attention when it came out.

Oh, as a person who doesn't even need free games, I second that. I've heard it's a great game, and deserves more attention (I liked the idea of it!) Although, I read somewhere there's a pretty dastardly bug in there, so maybe it shouldn't because that'd be a horrible way to introduce people to GT. (Of course I could be confusing that for another game)

The only real problem I have with the first Fallout (and really, any games made on that engine) is the camera. Especially since you can't even zoom out.

Yes. Overlord would be great. That one taste in October had me hooked and now, I need more (Seeing as I didn't finish it). It's like giving a person a drug. First they are sucked in, then they have intense withdrawls, until they are eventually stealing VCRs to fuel their cravings. O.o

GT should have a lot more RTS games like Battle Realms
at all anyway i think that some of the gold member games should arternate between free and gold.

Our contract does not explicitly give us the rights to make the game available for free, but this one is definitely worth bringing up the next time we talk to Sierra. Thanks for the reminder.
