On behalf of the GameTap staff and moderators, welcome to the GameTap community forums! These forums exist to provide a means of meeting other users, exchanging tips and tricks about the games in the GameTap library, and conversing about any aspect of the GameTap service. Because your posts here will be seen by the community at large, we ask that you conduct yourself in a civilized manner and respect both your fellow users and the GameTap staff and moderators. Listed below are a set of guidelines that explain what is expected of you as a member of these forums.

Posting Guidlines

Please note that the following behaviors and topics will not be tolerated on any GameTap community forum:

1. Inappropriate or obscene language and/or images
2. Promotion of racial, ethnic, or religious hatred
3. Harassment or defamation of other users, GameTap employees, or other groups of people
4. Making multiple posts for the sole purpose of increasing your post count
5. Attempting to circumvent the forum profanity filters
6. Distributing personal information about others
7. Posting about software hacks, cracks, viruses or methods of acquiring software illegally
8. Reference to any illegal drugs or activities
9. Off-topic posts in any forum other than the Off-topic Forum
10. Posting in all Caps.
11. Creating duplicate posts in multiple threads or topic hubs.

Posting Images: Images over 800 pixels wide will break the forum thread, please refrain from using them.

Always remember that your ability to post in these forums is a privilege, not a right. Failing to abide by these guidelines may result in disciplinary actions up to and including a suspension of your access to these forums. We want these forums to be a safe and constructive environment in which to discuss all topics related to the GameTap service.
