When contacting GameTap for assistance with a technical problem, a representative may ask you to submit logs in order to help troubleshoot your issue. These logs contain information showing the state of the GameTap plugin when you experienced your issue and can greatly improve our ability to find a resolution. Please follow the following instructions to submit your logs to GameTap:
1. Go to
http://archives.gametap.com/reportbug in Internet Explorer or Firefox.
2. If prompted, allow the GameTap Utility plugin to install.
3. Enter a Subject and Description.
4. Click Send and your computer will be scanned and send the log to GameTap.
5. After your logs are received by GameTap, an Issue Handle is displayed in the Result box. Take note of your Issue Handle to give to your GameTap Support Representative.
