Post Problems with Windows 2000? Read This
An issue has been identified affecting users with Windows 2000. If you get an error message mentioning "the procedure entry point SymFromAdd could not be located
in the dynamic library dbghelp.dll", you will need to download the attached dll file. Unzip and place it in your /Windows/system32/ directory and try again. Let us know if that does or does not fix the issue.

If you see no change after adding the file to C:\Windows\system32\, try placing the file in C:\Program Files\GameTap Web Player\bin\release\
