One of the best celebrity (and THE best presidential IMO) impressionists who ever lived died today at age 66.

His George Bush impression was the funniest and most dead on I've ever seen.

He worked for many years doing voice overs for celebrities when their movies had to be re looped (edited) for TV broadcast. He had a repertoire of over 350 voices that included Schwarzenegger, Pacino, DeNero and Nicholson. He once appeared on The Today Show along with Joe Pecci and challenged Katie Couric to close her eyes and then try to tell which was the real Pecci. She couldn't! Niether could I. He was that good.

So long Fred, we'll miss ya.

I swear, the radio was playing so much Soundgarden today I thought Chris Cornell had died. Fortunately, he hasn't (and fortunately, I love Soundgarden).

Rumor has it Chris is reuniting Soundgarden. I'm thrilled.

But what about Jeff Goldblum! (snicker)
