 Games WONT DOWNLOAD

Post Games WONT DOWNLOAD
New Premium subscription. Left it on all night to download games and I wake up to the exact same thing I saw last night. I've refreshed, done everything and it will not download my games. and one at a time?! is it supposed to be like that? and do I have to be on the page to download?

it's said 4mb/sec for 13 hours and it hasn't budged.

For troubleshooting purposes, please click Stop at the top, then change all the games but one to Off. Then resume by pressing Start. You may need to reload the page. Any better?

Could also help to submit your logs and post the given log handle here.
