what the hell were they thinking >_>

Re: WTF IS THIS! I remember seeing a two-page ad in a 1998 copy of Computer Gaming World for Shogo. It inexplicably features a bikini-clad lady. No reason. She's just there to grab your attention.
I still have that issue around, it's hilarious to go back and read the hype for games that totally sucked.

Re: WTF IS THIS! I used to play "Civony" (Either that was what it was before a namechange, or it's an exact copy for competing games.)
Either way though, the game is decent in the same way OGame was decent. A little turn-based game you could spend an hour on a day and see what happens tomorrow.
