Re: Sadder than sad Fallout 3 is actually very scalable considering how recent and gorgeous the game is. I believe the x1050 was kind of stop gap card designed specifically for Vista users who wanted the "Aero" experience.
You can pick up an ATI 4650 for about $50 these days, or go up to the 4850 for about $99.

Re: Sadder than sad Could be worse, dude. You could have a laptop like I do, and be unable to change the video card so you can play newer, more awesome games. My desktop could play Crysis while streaming a Netflix movie to my TV via an HDMI cord (srs bsns, we spent a lot of money on it), but my laptop is limited by my inability to dick with the hardware without destroying it.

Re: Sadder than sad Man, give me the PC version any day of the week. The limited "modding" you can do with the 360 doesn't even hold a candle to the freedom you get with the pc version. Although the xbox version is still a hell of a lot better than ps3, I don't think you can mod at all with that one.
