 This whole service and I use the term very lightly sucks!!! Don't waste your time or money...Had no problem playing a free game last night and today when i get Premium service I can't get any games to work (Error 4109) and when i tried going into IE to try I can't get away from Uploading plugin screen that just will not download (stuck or some ****)...
Before anyone disputes these claims know that I am a 32-bit Vista user and the X: Y: drive thing should not even be a factor!

Re: This whole service and I use the term very lightly sucks!!! You can get a refund if you just signed up last night. Just submit a support ticket. Personally I would try to get this program to work first becuase it really is a great service!

You just have to cancel your account within two days of joining, I don't know how to cancel though because I havn't any problems(because apparently I'm a lucky B tard)
