 Gametap, The bad and the ugly : dissapointment
I have had gametap for about a month. Here is what I find to be a problem: 1. You cannot choose the file destination for downloaded games. (I use an external drive for mostly everything, and cannot store Gametap games on it.) 2. Bugs, ALOT of them. Please, fix your software. 3. Customer support is NOT very supportful, and any gamer that deals with online gaming knows that a good customer support can make or break a good gaming experience.(Ex.: I put a ticket in for support 9 days ago,and still have not received a response.) 4. Why charge people a premium price for outdated games? I see very few new games and if they are new , they usually have low ratings. PREMIUM means just that, premium. I would not go to the store and pay extra for premium meat when I can just buy the low end meat and get the same taste , feelin me here?

I really wish a company, that has a better handle on this kind of gaming environment, would pick this kind of gaming outlet up and make it worth paying for. I'm sure people will find fault with whomever does make a gaming site like Gametap , but surely it can be managed better than what Gametap is doing. PLEASE GAMETAP SUPPORT, There is still hope, just fix your stuff and listen to the customers. -Matopi Slashmaster EQ '99
