No, sub accounts should be ok, as well as other windows accounts. GT pulls this date (or at least it used to) from the "All users folder"
You could go digging through app settings to move a game to a new computer, but I've had mixed results for this. The settings for the games are stored in with the games (in the encrypted files) so if you get a game that's a bit..shall we say high maintance...those migrated settings may cause issues.

http://support.gametap.com/selfservice/ ... .do?id=348Of course moving a "specific" game is a bit of a PITA as well because games are saved with a GT # rather than buy name, so you're left opening info files and guessing based on size. (So it may be easier to move the entire folder in some cases.)
