Well I wouldn't even care if I could play the Desktop games but I am unable to. I have checked my computer and everything is fine but error 4109 keeps popin up. Either they should fix this problem or put better Browser games on gametap. I am the consumer and remember the golden rule that the consumer is always right.

If you're having a problem, I can totally sympathize but, the place to post that is in the tech support forum (don't forget to use the template or you might not get answered). As for you're opinions, I totally agree but, the place to post those would be the GT general forum. This forum is for game requests ONLY.

I think "Jumpman" for the C64 is my favorite game of all time. Any chance of seeing it on GameTap? The rights for the old Epyx games might be tricky.

Incoming and Incoming Forces. Two excellent arcade style blasters that, IMO, would be a perfect fit for the general GT audience. (On the other hand, you can get em both for only $6.00 over at GOG.com).

genesis: Warsong, Shining force 2

saturn: Dragon force 1 and 2, shining force 3

pc: Master of Magic, Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2, MissionForce: CyberStorm, Cyberstorm 2: Corporate Wars, system shock 1 and 2, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, elder scrolls 3 (or any of them really)

all of the games listed up to cyberstorm 2 would fall under strategy (roleplaying as well for the shining force games). when i had my genesis i was addicted to warsong and the shining force games and they're still unique today. I only played a bit of the saturn games i listed so I can't really elaborate but i remember enjoying them. master of magic is a fantasy turn based strategy game similar to age of wonders, was the first strategy game i ever played, and is a fun look back at the early strategy genre. Dungeon Keeper had a very fun premise of you being the bad guy with the heroes invading your home. I havent played system shock 1 but 2 is one of the few games that truly creeped me out. Vampire: The Masquerade is an action adventure game with some first person shooter elements that offers a lot in character creation and development as well as a very strong story with the major downside being 1 nasty bug that could prevent you from advancing in the game unless you enabled the console command and manually skipped the part or used a fan created patch (though this is feasible when you switch your encryption to yummie). Elder scrolls is wishful thinking, since if you could get these gems from bethesda, you would have already.

Some more RPGs would be nice, also when will the new games thread be updated? Most of the games on there are released by now.

What about the Geneforge series by Spiderweb? I remember playing the demo for the first game a while back and it was quite interesting.

I'd like to see more Saturn and Dreamcast games. Like I've said before, it's a shame you guys have the capabilities to emulate games better than SSF and nullDC are able to, but only have about 15 games between the two. I also sympathize with the other people who want more classic games... well, the ones we have a chance of seeing, anyways.

I'd also like to see Rocket Knight in the store since it is also being released on Steam.

One of the reasons they emulate so well is due to development time that goes in to every individual game. The amount of time and money it takes is unfortunately is better spent elsewhere at the moment. I'm probably the biggest Dreamcast Saturn advocate you'll find, a self proclaimed Sega fanboy, but it just isn't feasible at this point. Perhaps after 64-bit support, and the recently mentioned tray app we can return to some emulation developmoent, I'd love to see it.

hmmmmm. Fallout 3, Prototype, Stranglehold, Wet, Wolfenstein(the new one).

I fully understand that if you do get around to maybe getting those on here....it will be several months. Maybe a year or so. But one can hope can't he?
