Post Horrible customer service!
I purchased a game in the beginning of August and the download link does not work. Finally after more than a month of describing my problem someone at Gametap said the issue was on their server and they'd get back to me. Now its October and nothing. I paid for the game, never got it and now want a refund and of course no one is responding. This place is unbelievable...........

The billing and technical support departments are taking a long time to get back to people, but they ARE getting back to people. It took about 7 weeks to fix a (seemingly) small billing issue for me, but GT came through.

Submit a ticket and try to be patient...I know it sucks, but I'm confident that GT will make things right.

In today's world of instant gratification, it's hard to find people who have patience. Especially around here. :P

no one should make excuses for this company. sell off to valve.
