this service is not worth the five measly dollars I paid, can I please get a refund and a cancellation of my account.

You'll need to cancel you account (Under My Gametap) and then file a support ticket. You have 48 hours to get a refund under the ToS.
REFUNDS ARE NOT HANDLED THROUGH THE FOURMS. Posting here does not relieve you of your duties via the ToS.
