Ok so I downloaded age of empires II and when I go to click play, nothing happens...nothing at all. So i sign out sign back in and still nothing.

Also, when I click "download" for Heroes of might and magic 5 it takes me back to the game library every single time. Then i check to see if its in my list of games and nothings there.

Can't help you on AoE, but HOMMV had a false start and won't actually be available for download until tomorrow.

Are your other games working fine, or is it just AoE? Either way, I tend to have to restart my machine quite often to make gametap work.

HoMM V is working for download, now. If you can get it downloaded and running, it means your other problem is with the AoE II download.

Sorry about the confusion, there was some caching glitch with the GT network, it is still being worked on.

If they're advice doesn't help (I doubt it won't )....try this.....

go to Add or Remove Programs (you can find this info in the Support area) and remove the Game Tap Web Player.....

If it's not there (like it wasn't for me ), go to Your Local Disk C:, and go to Program Files, look for the Gametap Web Player Folder, and go to the Uninstall.exe, uninstall it, then reinstall it. It fixed it for me, now I'm dl'ing Hitman Blood Money, one of the funnest games Gametap put on here (thanks GT).

I'll admit, GT does have a few glitches occasionally, but the GTS (Game Tap Staff) is working on it, and they're doing a good job.
