Post tomb raider anniversary
I downloaded the full game for 19.95 and when I tried to play..........its the demo version. It doesnt even start at the beginning. Why didnt I get the full game. Why cant I save my game or character? I want my money back.

I wonder if it is the same issue as with Syberia, I have a 64 bit system..........do you think the game is just not going to work on my system? Ive already purchased the CD. Since this has not worked for 4 days now and Ive already invested over 85 hours and it still does not work..........please refund my money.

Possibly, since those titles haven't been converted to the 64-bit encryption yet. But I doubt it, since you purchased it from the shop.

Have you tried submitting a set of logs, or a service ticket?

If you purchased the CD and the game doesn't work, then the the issue is most likely on your end. Did you file a support ticket?
