 why cant i play my games

Post why cant i play my games
i downloaded and tried to play a game on here but for no reason it wont load the game i tried but it get the Error 4062 can somebody tell me what can i make it play my games?

Error 4062 comes up when Gametap thinks a Gametap game is already running. If you've already got a game open and you're trying to open a second, that would be the issue. If not either reboot or close down gametapplayer.exe from the task manager to stop gametap from seeing an open game. To bring up the task manager hit ctrl+alt+del at the same time, make sure you're on the "processes" tab, click on gametapplayer.exe in the list and then hit the "end process" button.
