Try running your browser as an admin (right-click the .exe and select run as admin). Also add gametap to your trusted sites and firewall allow list.

I got it to load by turning my user account control off, I also added game tap to my trusted sights and firewall allow list.
I cant figure out how to run my browser as administrator- where the exe. is and where to
locate [and under what name] my browser that I would change to run as administrator, I
tried clicking on internet explorer 64 bit-but it wont let me change any compatibility settings, I clicked on game tap folder but there is no section for compatibility.
I hope someone has some answers for me.

I think UAC is an issue with Vista, a lot of people have said they've had to disable it.
I don't have Vista, but to run Internet Explorer as an admin on XP you'd go to Start>Programs and right click on Internet Explorer, then select "Run As..." Try looking there. Hope that helps.
