 Norton 2010 blocks Trackmania United Forever

I tried to lauch this game and Norton popped up and called the game launcher high risk and quarantined it.

We don't have Norton 2010 in the office, but i expect there is a way that you can make an exception for this executable. Most AV packages have a way to do this.

I assure you that Trackmania is not doing anything dangerous (unless you consider simulated racing dangerous), but it does hook to some OS dependencies that might have triggered the alert.

It appears that Norton has a new and annoying feature added to their security software. If whatever you are trying to download and run is unknown to them or used by a small group of people it will flag it and want to block it. It flagged the Gametap player update I just got as well but I overrode it. just giving you guys a heads up.
