* 1. Web Browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) & Version #: Firefox 3.5.3
* 2. Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, etc.) & Service Pack: Vista 64 bit SP1
* 3. Have you tried rebooting: Yes
* 4. GameTap error code (if known): None
* 5. GameTap log handle: Hotpink-987
* 6. Games affected by this issue: Unreal Tournament 2004 64 bit version
* 7. Games that are not affected by this issue: DNA 64 bit tried it out to see if 64 bit games worked at all, it worked fine.
* 8. Does Aveyond work: Not 64 bit enabled
* 9. Does Burger Time work: Yes
* 10. Description of problem: I had sent a service request to Gametap Support on October 24th stating the issue I have had above. I downloaded Unreal Tournament 2004 64 bit edition to my Vista PC, and as it launched I saw the splash screen and then a message that read something similar to "Invalid CD Key. Please re-install." I deleted it and downloaded it again, and the same message. I did not alter or mod the game in any way, and I had the latest NVIDIA drivers and Mar 2009 DirectX Re-dists. Gametap Support contacted me on 10/26 saying my request was to be elevated to Tier 2 support and that I would receive a reply when they reviewed it. It has been more than a week now, and I was wondering if one of the admins here could take a look at my ticket. I believe the log handle is correct, for I submitted it on the 24th. Thank you GT.

Negative, not on this machine. No other versions of Unreal installed.
