Post new update problems
i just got the updated and restarted like it said and when I went to go play Civ 4 BTS it wasn't there, the old Civ 4 Warlords was in it's place. my other games weren't there either. Do I really have to redownload everything? All the files are already on my computer...

If you can play a game (doesn't really matter which one), then post your logs we might be able to help you with the problem. Directions for sending logs to support are at the top of the tech support forum.

The new update appears to have reset the OSS Sharedata location in the registry and the
local.config file.

I had the same problem but I fixed it by following these instructions as if I was changing my download directory again:

thanks coyote, it sure did work. for future reference, do i just need to go through this process every time the player gets updated?
