 not able to install 1. Web Browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox) & Version #: Internet Explorer
2. Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, etc.) & Service Pack: Vista
3. Have you tried rebooting: yes
the plug-in wont go past 0%

Re: not able to install do u have ur firewall disabled or specifically marked to allow game tap?
Also, above the loading bar and below all the tabs may be a long box saying that ur firewall wall is blocking aps, add ons , pop ups on this page. Allow them to show and that could help as well.

Re: not able to install Try adding *.gametap.com to your trusted site list. If you are in IE you can do this on the Tools->Internet Options menu using the Security tab and choosing "Trusted Sites". You can look at the site list and add *.gametap.com.

Same here. Just got a Windows 7 computer. I'll be checking the boards for any suggestions to this problem. Edit: I just added gametap to trusted sites, and then set trusted sites security level to low. That seems to have solved the problem.
