Okay now that I have this in the right thread...

I DL'd this game this morning and have yet to rcv my activation key. I am really wanting to play this game ASAP. Tried it on XBOX on it was awesome. My turn. I have submitted a trouble ticket through support, but I guess I am impatient. Any advice?

I have been summarily corrected that MW2 is in teh Download to own shop. Sorry. Of course most of the DtO troubles are taken care of via support ticket, so you'll just have to wait.

NP....i was just wondering how long I was just gonna stare at the icon on my desktop.... :lol:

I hope it is an easy fix. I dont even get the purchase email. I resned it and no go. All my others go with no probs. I was kinda ercked thats all. Thanks for the the input.

My guess is your emails are going to your spam filter. Make sure you check there. You should have gotten an autoreply to the ticket too saying "we've recieved your ticket...blah blah blah." If you didn't get that as well, we probably have our answer.
