Problem Launching Evil Genius?

 Problem Launching Evil Genius? I downloaded Evil Genius smoothly and clicked play the first time and it worked, I played the game for about an hour then quit out of it and decided I would come back and play again after work. I come back here and the game is in my desktop games, but when I click play it minimizes the window and goes to the desktop, but just sits there and does nothing.

If it already played fine for you once, your player is probably just in a wierd state for some odd reason. Just go to task manager and kill the gametapplayer.exe process, then try to play again. If that doesn't work, post your logs using the instructions at the top of the tech support forum.

I restarted my computer and Evil Genius worked again, but now I have downloaded Second Sight to try it out and when I push play the screen goes black as if it's going to start the game, but then it exits out back to the desktop and leaves me there. The tab at the menu bar is gone and no error messages came up.
